2. No Booking or Payments

No financial transactions occur on this website. bookingfavorite.com does not collect deposits, process payments, or issue tickets.

  • Enquiries: When you use our “Contact” or “Enquire” features, your information is forwarded directly to the respective Operator.
  • Transactions: Any eventual booking, payment, or contract is strictly between you (the Traveler) and the Operator.

3. Limitation of Liability

We vet our partners for quality, but bookingfavorite.com is not a party to any agreement entered into between you and an Operator. We are not liable for:

  • The performance, safety, or quality of the tour.
  • Financial disputes or refunds between you and the Operator.
  • Errors or omissions in the tour descriptions provided by the Operators.

The itineraries, prices, and descriptions displayed are provided by the Operators. While we aim to keep data current, we cannot guarantee that all details (e.g., seasonal pricing) are real-time accurate. Always confirm final details directly with the Operator.
